The Caterer Middle East: Food and Business Conference 2015 took place on the 3rd March at the JW Marriott Marquis, Dubai and once again attracted the cream of the Middle East’s culinary crop to discuss, debate and develop the biggest trends and ideas impacting the F&B industry today. With more than 140 culinary professionals from hotels, independent restaurants, catering companies and quick service restaurants in attendance, it was the perfect platform for culinary professionals to network, learn and challenge the status quo.
